Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Setup fee and the 3-day cooling-off

The setup fee pays for building your system — strategy, campaigns, landing pages, follow-up sequences and human review — and that work starts the day you pay.

You have 3 days from the moment your setup fee is paid to change your mind. Email hello@sellwithmia.ai from the email address on your account, and we refund the setup fee in full to the original payment method within 10 business days. After the 3-day window, the setup fee is non-refundable.

2. Monthly subscription

You can cancel at any time with 7 days' written notice by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged for the following month. If your notice arrives fewer than 7 days before your next billing date, cancellation takes effect at the end of the following period instead. The current period is not prorated or refunded.

Example: your plan bills on the 15th. Notice received on the 3rd ends your plan on the 15th, with no further charge. Notice received on the 12th means one more charge on the 15th, and your plan ends on the following 15th.

3. Rate locks

If your order confirmation includes a locked monthly rate, cancelling releases that lock. If you come back later, you join at the pricing current at that time.

4. What you keep

When your contract ends, we provide a full export of your data and assets — funnels, copy, contact lists and recordings — within 14 days of the end date. Landing pages and other components we host for you are handed over in the same period: we transfer them to hosting you control or deliver them as files you can publish.

5. Advertising spend

Advertising spend is paid directly by you to the ad platforms (such as Meta and Google) from your own accounts. We never hold it, so we cannot refund it; the platforms' own policies apply.

6. If something went wrong

If you believe we failed to deliver what your order confirmation promised, tell us within 30 days at hello@sellwithmia.ai. We investigate and respond within 5 business days, and where we fell short we fix it or refund the affected period. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: chargebacks on fees for services already delivered may be contested.

7. How to cancel

Email hello@sellwithmia.ai from the email address on your account, with your business name. We confirm within 2 business days with your end date and your export timeline. We don't accept cancellations by phone or text: a written record protects both of us.
